The Member for Lamu East (Hon. (Capt.) Ruweida Obo, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Education: - Could the Cabinet Secretary- (i) clarify whether secondary schools in Lamu East Constituency receive capitation for repair, maintenance and improvement of facilities in their schools? (ii) provide a report on the utilization of the funds by Kizingitini Secondary School in Lamu East Constituency, particularly to maintain the facilities in the school? (iii) state the measures taken by the Ministry to ensure that maintenance and improvement of school properties like classroom windows and doors are done with the funds provided by the Ministry?
