Simon King’ara, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Education: - Could the Cabinet Secretary- (i) explain why Mutuya Primary School in Ruiru constituency, despite being duly registered and having its learners on-boarded on the NEMIS portal, has not received the Free Day Secondary Education (FDSE) capitation funds allocated to Junior Secondary Schools? (ii) outline the measures being taken to ensure that Mutuya Primary School receives capitation funds to cater for the two hundred and forty-two students registered as Junior Secondary School learners? (iii) provide timelines for the release of the funds to facilitate the smooth operation of the school?
