Peter Mbogho, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration: - Could the Cabinet Secretary- (i) provide a report on the status of investigations into the incidences of insecurity such as Ms. Mariana Shali Chao of ID No. 27897833 who was found dead at a satellite site around Rianchore hillside with multiple cut wounds; Mr. Silas Silo Mengo Mwachango, a boda boda rider who was found dead on 28th May 2024, and Mr. Silvance Mwanjala Mvoi of ID No. 37023429 who was attacked and severely injured on 2nd September 2024 within Sagalla Ward in Taita-Taveta County? (ii) state the actions being taken to ensure the perpetrators of the crimes are arrested and prosecuted without delay? (iii) outline the measures put in place to curb insecurity in the region?
