Duncan Mathenge, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Youth Affairs, Creative Economy and Sports: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) provide the total amount of funds received by the Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund for the financial years 2022/2023, 2023/2024 and 2024/2025? (ii) state the projects and activities that were financed during the above stated period, along with the total funding allocated to each? (iii) outline the status of Renovation of Ruring’u Stadium since it began in 2017, including the total amount spent to renovate the stadium to date and state the plans in place to ensure its completion? (iv) clarify whether there have been any financial losses in the Ruring’u Stadium renovation project and if so, specify the amount lost and describe the measures the Ministry has implemented to mitigate such losses, including any referrals to relevant state agencies for investigation, prosecution and recovery?
