THAT, aware that Article 239 provides for the national security organs, including the Kenya Defence Forces; ... now therefore, this House urges that the national Government, through the Ministry of Roads and Transport, encourages local airlines to establish a priority boarding protocol for the Kenya Defence and Kenya Special Forces
