THAT the Senate adopts the Report of the Standing Committee on Lands, Environment and Natural Resources on a Petition to the Senate by Wananchi Self- Help Group regarding the land ownership dispute of Mwananchi Settlement Scheme in Mwatate Constituency in Taita Taveta County laid on the Table of the Senate on Tuesday, 7th October, 2025.
