Adoption of report on amendment to EAC Customs Union Protocol Article 24(2)(a)

I beg to move that this House adopts the Report of the Select Committee on Regional Integration on its consideration of the amendment to Article 24 (2) (a) of the Protocol on the Establishment of the East African Community Customs Union, laid on the table of the House on Wednesday 5th November, 2025 and pursuant to the provisions of Sections 3 and 8 of the Treaty Making and Ratification Act, Cap 4D, approves the ratification of the amendment to Article 24 (2) (a) of the Protocol on the Establishment of the East African Community Customs Union.
