THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of the Public Finance Management (Wildlife Conservation Trust Fund) Regulations, 2025, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 31st March 2026 and, pursuant to the provisions of Section 24 (4) of the Public Finance Management Act, Cap 412A, approves the Public Finance Management (Wildlife Conservation Trust Fund) Regulations, 2025, published as Legal Notice No.190 of 2025.
