THAT, taking into consideration the findings of the Departmental Committee on Labour in its report on the Vetting of Nominees for Appointment as Principal Secretaries, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, December 01, 2022, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution, approves the appointment of the following persons as Principal Secretaries – 1. Mr. Geoffrey Kaituko – State Department for Labour and Skills Development; and 2. Mr. Amos Gathecha – State Department for Public Service.
