THAT, this House adopts the Report of the National Government Constituency Development Fund on three (3) Constituency Committees laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, and pursuant to the provisions of section 43(1) and 43(2) of the National Government Constituency Development Fund Act, 2015, approves the list of nominees for appointment to the following three (3) Constituency Committees of the National Government Constituency Development Fund. 1) Balambala Constituency; 2) Gatanga Constituency; and 3) Nyeri Town Constituency.
