THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Defence, Intelligence and Foreign Relations on its consideration of Protocol to the Constitutive Act of the African Union relating to the Pan-African Parliament, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 19th September 2024, and pursuant to the provisions of section 8(4) of the Treaty Making and Ratification Act, CAP 4D, approves the Protocol to the Constitutive Act of the African Union relating to the Pan-African Parliament.
