THAT, this House adopts the Joint Report of the Departmental Committee on Energy and Select Committee on Public Debt and Privatization on the consideration of the Sessional Paper No. 2 of 2025 on the Proposed Privatization of Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) Limited, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 14th August 2025, and approves Sessional Paper No. 2 of 2025 on the Privatization of Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) Limited.
