Require investors to pay 20% turnover as royalties to counties for natural resources

THAT, aware that various counties in Kenya are endowed with natural resources... the Senate urges the government to take immediate steps to initiate legislation... to require investors to pay at least 20 per cent of their turnover as royalties to the respective counties where they operate.
