THAT, aware that Kenyan coffee and tea are the major agricultural export earners; ... the Senate urges the national Government to support tea and coffee farmers by providing subsidized fertilizer to boost production ... and actively get involved in the marketing strategy of these two crops and further that the national Government makes budgetary provisions to buy and store coffee and tea when the international market prices are down in order to sell when the prices improve.
