THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of the Public Finance Management (Public Investment) Regulations, 2022, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, and pursuant to the provisions of sections 24 (4) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 approves the Public Finance Management (Public Investment) Regulations, 2022, published as Legal Notice No. 54 of 1st April 2022.
