Invasion of school by armed youth and use of NYS container as canteen

Question

Could the Cabinet Secretary provide the identity of the person responsible for allowing the armed youth to invade the school? Could the Cabinet Secretary tell us if the container he just admitted is being used as a canteen privately but marked NYS is owned by the school or a private individual? Why is this happening while there is a head teacher and the BOM? How is this possible? Could the Cabinet Secretary kindly explain this?
