Question

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, could the Cabinet Secretary be gracious enough to provide information on ways of ensuring that Strategic Grain Reserve Programme is in place? I would also like to know whether she requested her colleague, Hon. Linturi, to get budget allocation for operation of Strategic Grain Reserve Programme in the Republic of Kenya.
