Misapplication of funds for Rongo sewerage project

Question

Could the Cabinet Secretary confirm to this House, now that she has said that the money has been released back to the project that those funds are not going to be misapplied again? I would also like her to confirm that, in future, she will demand accountability from Government officials who are misapplying funds from a specific project.
