Recovery and preservation of Miwani 10,000-acre public land

Could the Cabinet Secretary update the House on what steps the National Treasury has taken, being the custodian of all Government assets, in respect of recovery and preservation of the Miwani 10,000-acre land in view of the Court of Appeal decision when it was the last court of resort that that land is public land?
