Is there a way the Cabinet Secretary can work it out to ensure that the recruitment of NPRs and chiefs are done a transparent manner, so that everybody can see the process is very transparent without politics? ... Finally, is the issue of police who have overstayed in hardship areas. ... Could the Cabinet Secretary implement the policy on the five-year rule, so that the police officers in the hardship areas are transferred to other areas, while others are brought into those hardship areas?
