Title deeds for churches and colonial villages in Nyeri County

Question

Could the Cabinet Secretary tell us why the churches which are adjacent to the schools, that are sponsors of the schools have not been issued with the titles while the schools have been issued? Could she further explain to us why the colonial villages, which are widespread, especially in Nyeri County, have not been issued with the titles despite the directive from the previous and current regime?
