Capitation grant for secondary schools and status of Kizingitini Secondary School

Question

Could the Cabinet Secretary provide the approved capitation grant per learner for secondary schools and the breakdown of that amount, and also state the number of public secondary schools in Lamu East Sub-County and whether Kizingitini Secondary School receives the FDSE funds including the repair, maintenance and improvement component?
