Status of learners' coverage after EduAfya Medical Scheme

Question

Could the Cabinet Secretary bring us to speed on how pupils and students are now covered after the EduAfya Medical Scheme was done away with? Can he also tell us the benefits, if at all, the learners are entitled to under any such new arrangement?
