Victor Koech, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Education: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) explain why there is disparity in recruitment of teachers particularly those who are serving as interns and have since graduated between 2016 and 2018 yet their counterparts who graduated in 2019 have been recruited as replacement teachers on permanent and pensionable terms? (ii) provide timelines in which the teachers under contract will be considered for recruitment under permanent and pensionable terms?
