Stephen Mogaka, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) Outline the transfer policy for Public Officers assigned to Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KERRA) Offices with sub-counties, particularly those handling procurement, finance and road engineering roles including the maximum tenure of service before transfer? (ii) Clarify whether there has been recent transfers of public officers as per the policy, and if any, provide details on measures taken by the Ministry against officers who fail to comply with transfer directives?
