(ii) Provide clarification regarding the absence of signage on the road before, during or after its maintenance? (iii) Clarify whether the road maintenance conducted by the awarded entity adhered to the specified scope of work, especially considering that road became impassable upon its completion, contrary to the previous condition that it was in?
