Duncan Mathenge, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) Provide an update on the status of the financing agreement between the Kenyan and Hungarian Government via the Hungarian Exim Bank for the Design, Build and Equip Turnkey Project of the Dedan Kimathi Comprehensive Cancer Management Centre? (ii) Explain why the project has taken inordinately long to finalize the agreement, noting that Kenyans continue to suffer greatly due to the vagaries of cancer?
