Joshua Kandie, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain the criteria used and applied by the Kenya Roads Board (KRB) to determine the amount of funds to allocate to each Constituency? (ii) provide a detailed analysis of monies that Kenya Roads Board has disbursed to all the 290 Constituencies from the year 2019 to 2022? (iii) provide a comprehensive list of roads in each of the 47 counties that Kenya Roads Board has allocated monies to in the recent past?
