Benard Shinali, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for East African Community (EAC), the ASALs and Regional Development: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) explain why the Lake Basin Development Authority has taken inordinately long to complete the drilling and equipping of boreholes in Ibwali Primary School? (ii) state the measures put in place by the Ministry to ensure that the water project is fully executed, given that funds were allocated to it during the 2023/2024 financial year?
