Allocation of Kenya Railways land near Marigiti Market to traders

Could the Cabinet Secretary consider allocating the unutilized piece of land that belongs to Kenya Railways Corporation next to Marigiti Market to the traders there on a temporary basis pending structural expansion of the new market in the Central Business District area?
