11:00 am – 11:30 am Opening Statement on behalf of the National Assembly (30 minutes)
11:30 am – 12:00 noon Opening Statement on behalf of His Excellency the Deputy President (30 minutes)
12:00 noon – 1.00 pm Evidence by the National Assembly (Evidence of witnesses,
if any, cross-examination and re-examination):
National Assembly - maximum of 3 hours for evidence of witnesses and re-examination. His Excellency the Deputy President – maximum of 2 hours for cross-examination.
1:00 pm – 2.30 pm Lunch Break

His Excellency the Deputy President - maximum of 3 hours for evidence of witnesses and re-examination. National Assembly – maximum of 2 hours for cross- examination.

- Debate by Honourable Senators. - Final Submission, if any, by His Excellency Rigathi Gachagua, EGH, Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya. - Voting on the charges.
