It is notified that the Hearing Programme for the proposed removal from office, by impeachment, of Hon. Eric Mutai, Governor of Kericho County for Thursday, 28th August, 2025, will be as follows –

9:00 am – 11:00 am Evidence by the County Assembly (Evidence of witnesses, if any, cross-examination and re-examination) - continued

11:00 am– 12:00 noon Questions/Requests for Clarification by Senators

12:00 noon – 1:00 pm Evidence by the Governor (Evidence of witnesses, if any, cross-examination and re-examination: A total of 5 hours).

 Governor – maximum of three hours for evidence by witnesses and re-examination (if any)

 County Assembly – maximum of two hours for cross examination
