THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of the Public Finance Management (National Roads Toll Fund) Regulations, 2021, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 17th February, 2022, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 24 (4) of the PFM Act 2012, and Section 6A of the Public Roads Toll Act, approves the Public Finance Management (National Roads Toll Fund) Regulations, 2021 published as Legal Notice No. 222 of 2021.
