THAT the Senate adopts the report of the Sessional Committee on Delegated Legislation, on its consideration of the Controller of Budget, Controller of Budget Act (CoB) Regulations,2021, laid on the Table of the Senate on Tuesday, 10th of May, 2022 and pursuant to Section 18 of the Statutory Instrument Act, annuals the Controller of Budget Regulations
