THAT, AWARE THAT under the Bill of Rights, the Constitution of Kenya grants every person the right to freedom of conscience, religion, thought, belief and opinion... NOW THEREFORE in exercise of its oversight function, the Senate resolves to establish an Ad Hoc committee to investigate the activities of extremist occult religious organisations.
