Adoption of Mediation Committee report on National Rating Bill

Motion text

THAT the Senate adopts the report of the Mediation Committee on the National Rating Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 55 of 2022) laid on the table of the Senate on Wednesday, 30th October 2024 and FURTHER, that pursuant to Article 113 (2) of the Constitution and the Standing Order No.167 (3) of the Senate, approves the mediated version of the Bill.
