Adoption of Report on Petition to Amend County Governments Act on Deputy Governor Roles

THAT, the Senate adopts the Report of the Committee on Devolution and Intergovernmental Relations as a Petition to the Senate by Mr. Japheth Makokha, the Executive Director of Tripple The Impact CBO, to amend the County Governments Act, 2012 on the amendment of the county governor's assigning portfolios to the County Executive Committee Member, (CECM), to the deputy county governors laid on the table of the Senate on Thursday, 25th September.
