THAT, the Senate adopts the Report of the Standing Committee on Health on a Petition to the Senate by the Kenya Union of Clinical Officers (KUCO) regarding alleged discrimination, interference and violation of Clinical Officers’ practice rights by the Ministry of Health (MoH), the CoG and the Social Health Authority (SHA) laid on the Table of the Senate on Wednesday, 1st April, 2026.
