Adoption of Report on Second Supplementary Estimates FY 2015/2016

THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Budget and Appropriations Committee on its consideration of the Second Supplementary Estimates for the Financial Year, 2015/2016, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 and in accordance with the provisions of Article 223 of the Constitution of Kenya, this House approves the withdrawal from the Consolidated Fund a sum of Kshs14,677,950,104 representing the total net estimates of Recurrent and Development Expenditure of the National Government made up of the following:-
