Appointment of Clerk of the National Assembly

THAT, this House notes the Report of the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) on the Recruitment of a Clerk of the National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 25th January, 2017 and pursuant to the provisions of Article 128 (1) of the Constitution, approves the appointment of Mr. Michael Rotich Sialai as Clerk of the National Assembly with effect from 22nd March, 2017.
