Comprehensive review of anti-corruption policy and legislative framework

THAT, the Senate resolves that the Standing Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights to undertake a comprehensive review of the relevant policy and legislative framework on the fight against corruption in Kenya and propose measures to be undertaken, including amendments to the existing legislation.
