ADJOURNMENT OF THE SENATE TO DISCUSS A DEFINITE MATTER OF URGENT NATIONAL IMPORTANCE RELATING TO THE POLICE BRUTALITY, ARBITRARY ARRESTS, AND EXCESSIVE USE OF FORCE BY THE POLICE DURING THE DEMONSTRATION ON MONDAY, 20TH MARCH, 2023. That, pursuant to Standing Order No. 37, the Senate do adjourn to discuss a matter of utmost urgency and national importance, namely, police brutality, arbitrary arrests, and excessive use of force by the police during the demonstration on Monday, 20th March, 2023.
