APPROVAL OF SEN. DAVID WAFULA WAKOLI, MP, TO SERVE IN THE COMMITTEE ON POWERS AND PRIVILEGES THAT, NOTWITHSTANDING the resolution of the Senate made on 13th October,2022 and 15th November 2022, on the approval of Senators to serve in Select Committees of the Senate, and pursuant to Section 15 (1) (b) (ii), of the Parliamentary Powers and Privileges Act, and Standing Orders 197 and 199, the Senate approves Sen. David Wakoli Wafula, MP to serve in the Committee of Powers and Privileges in place of Sen. Miraj Abdulahi, MP.
