   Mr.Karur can change Dujis
   Winston Churchill defines a good politician as “he needs the ability to foretell what is going to happen tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year. And to have the ability afterwards to explain why it didn’t happen, but in Dujis, it is considered that Mr. Mohamed Dakane Karur is a man of following characteristics”.
   He is generally highly rated young man with dreams and prosperity for his people who are currently suffering in hands of so called Wenya Pesa and Kabilism, and for good reason. I have seen way too many people waste too much of their energy on what seems to be unproductive politics the previous MPs of Dujis.
   Mr Karur is civil activists, professional, and respectful at all times. He is able and willing to devote a significant amount of time to the task for rer Dujis.
   He have very strong listening and communication skills with a focus on clear, direct, organized, and honest thought to frankly speaking since I met Karur, I liked him and remember I am not Awudak or Ogaden.
   Mr Karur has a strong tendency toward openness and communicating on a regular basis and has an incredibly thick skin and he accepts but actively encourages and rewards constructive criticism.
   Since I met in Nairobi and Garissa, professionally he has strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize, schedule, and follow-up well. He is that person who is willing to publicly acknowledge and learn from mistakes. He is willing to acknowledge weaknesses in knowledge and close those gaps if needed.
   Talent Karur is one who actually supports the people he represents and will work to accomplish everything he promised he would, and has a very good explanation when he fails, and not a lie.
   He has a lot of charisma…. know every single of people’s problems and willing to work for them whenever needed…. and some power maybe….
   Generally he portrays power, intelligence, dignity, humility, grace and humor.
   The young man has an exemplary character. He is trustworthy to lead others. A good leader “walks the talk” and in doing so earns the right to have responsibility for others. True authority is born from respect for the good character and trustworthiness of the person who leads.
   Mr.Karur is enthusiastic about his work or cause and also about his role as leader. People will respond more openly to a person of passion and dedication. He is able to be a source of inspiration, and a motivator towards the required action or cause.
   He is a good leader is confident and he set direction a leader needs to appear confident as a person and in the leadership role. He inspires confidence in others and draws out the trust and best efforts of the team to complete the task well. He conveys confidence towards the proposed objective inspires the best effort from team members.

   Mr Karur is tolerant of ambiguity and calm, composed and steadfast to the main purpose. Storms, emotions, and crises come and go and a good leader takes these as part of the journey and keeps a cool head.
   Mr.Karur is committed to excellence. Second best does not lead to success. He is not only maintains high standards, but also is proactive in raising the bar in order to achieve excellence in all areas

   DEAR GEDOW FARAH AND ALL RER DUJIS

   we made mistakes removing our Hussien Maendeleo, encourage ALI KORANE,suddenly Ali did not made it but this time WE have KARUR who has the political Passion, have a clear commitment to a cause, He is often based on faith, is straightforward and has the only the road to change for rer dujis.He is also a great persuader.

   I know KARUR from early childhood in Garissa,high schools and professional life,absolutely HE deserves to be DUJIS MP 2012 KURA KWA KARUR AND MAISHA BORA..

   kARUR has the abilities to serve a wider community and always consider others and have their best interests at heart. He understands the needs of social values.

   Karur is responsible,trust,loving and good leader.He is not selfish and not interested first in hisr own careers and goals.
